For SECTION LEADERS
Hello fellow band section leaders,
Remember the "No. 2) Regarding: Ponners and absenties" thingy? Well, it's gonna be an ongoing kind of thing as Mr Pang wants. So from now onwards, we'll be doing this follow up on the ponners and absenties after every practice...so i guess you guys have to make this a habit. As for the practices this week, on the 4th and 6th, i need you all to collate ALL the reasons from the ponners/absenties FROM YOUR SECTION. Only after collating ALL THEN DO YOU SEND IT TO ME. The dateline for this collation will be tomorrow, Friday, 6.30pm.

This "project" will be called COLLATION OF REASONS. So if i come up to any of you guys and ask how is the weeks' Collation of Reasons going, you should know what i am talking about and give me your report like good or like so and so hangs up on me etc.

From next year onwards, i will not talk/post too much about it. Just maybe like "Section Leaders please do Collation of Reasons for this week" as a REMINDER(you should be pro-active and do it without my/mels reminder!).

Mrs Jacob/ Mr Pang thinks this is important as the absence of fellow band members brings the morale down and also, this helps get the exco more organised cos we know who are the people giving problems and give them more attention.

As always, pass up the data to me via phone and/or comments on THIS POST and/or TAGBOARD. If you must, send me an email but msg me so i will go and check for it.

I really do hope you guys will rise up to your job and put in effort when you do it. Please do your part so i don't need to go to lengths to chase you guys by calling you again and again and again to explain everything etc. You bet it's tiring and frustrating. I hope we can work together like a glove fits a hand even though it's uncomfortable at first!
