For SECTION LEADERS
Hello fellow band section leaders,
I'll be addressing you guys formally here so that you guys understand the importance of what im gonna put in place.

Well basically this time we have 2 very impt things to do:
No .1) Regarding: SYF training programme groups
We need to group our section mates into 3 separate groups: A, B, C
If you did not come for todays practice, 4 Nov 2008, please approach any of the other section leaders for updates. I really need this in by tomorrow, Wednesday 5 Nov 6pm. Sir told me to tell you guys that we have to be really stringent; said that it doesn't matter if group A has as little as 15 people.

No. 2) Regarding: Ponners(if there is such a word) and absenties
For todays practice, 4 Nov 2008, there are approx 30 people who did not come for whatever reason. I need you guys as Section Leaders to call up the people from your respective sections who did not come today and ask them why. *They need to bring A) a parent letter or B) MC if they have a valid reason for not coming(todays prac and in the future) Please collate the reasons by Wednesday 5 Nov Midnight.

Perhaps it could look something like this:
Name ---------------------------Reason ------------------------------------Date of absence
Ah Mui See Lok(random) ---Pimple Outbreak (NOT VALID!) ---4 Nov 2008

Yea, even if the reason if valid or not, write it down the column.

Type the information under comments of this post(OR YOU CAN SEND ME AN EMAIL IF YOU THINK THAT IS MORE CONVENIENT). Please put headings for the respective one's you are replying. USING "No .1) Regarding: SYF training programme groups " AND "No. 2) Regarding: Ponners and absenties"


*Don't do this yet will talk abt this issue another time just remind the people that they oughta have those.

To make your life a tad bit easier i'll be typing down all the names of the band members in their respective section and your name at the top in BOLD, in case any one of you forgot your section or names of your fellow section mates.

If you would like to know my mail just msg my phone or call my house to enquire. Just don't do it during unearthly hours.

I've created this cos i think it'll help me communication between us easier. Also, there should be a comment section or tagboard. WHEN YOU HAVE NOTED WHATEVER THAT NEEDS TO BE NOTED PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT OR TAG SAYING "noted #1" for eg cos this is post #1. I hope this helps make things easier. I have to type lotsa stuff so bear with me and help me get the job done okay! Thanks a lot guys(:
